Services
Soapy Water Clean & Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Appointments & Access
Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the service location at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the appointment may be canceled and subject to a cancellation fee.

Pricing & Payments
Pricing is based on the information provided at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work changes. Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking or service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improper installation of items. Clients must report any concerns within 24 hours of service completion.

 

Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or pose a risk to our staff.

 

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.
